MinbarLive is a platform that enables mosques, Islamic centers, imams, lecturers, and other organizations to convert speech into text, translation, and permanent digital content.
The main function of the platform is HutbaLive . The imam starts a session before the khutba, and present or remote listeners follow the transcript and translation on their phones in a language they understand.
Members of the congregation who do not understand the imam's language can follow the sermon in their own language.
The basic flow boils down to two actions: Start HutbaLive and Stop . Other settings can be managed by the organization administrator.
The platform can be used for regular sermons, seminars, conferences, online education, video content, podcasts, meetings, and multilingual content distribution.
Members of the diaspora can follow the content of their mosque or organization in the language of the country where they live.
A video or audio lecture can be converted into a transcript, subtitles, translations, summary, full article and multilingual public pages.
Personal mode enables recording of lectures, meetings, ideas and conversations, as well as obtaining text and translations.
In the standard HutbaLive mode, the imam does not have to determine in advance whether he is speaking in Bosnian, Arabic, English, or a combination of multiple languages.
The application can automatically recognize language changes during a speech, which is especially useful for sermons that begin with an Arabic introduction, continue in the local language, and contain verses, supplications, hadiths, or expressions in other languages.
Manual language selection remains available in advanced settings.
A large number of transcription and translation languages are supported, including Bosnian, Croatian, Serbian, Arabic, English, German, Turkish, French, Albanian, Spanish, Italian, Russian, Dutch and other languages.
Exact availability may depend on the module, active plan, and content type.
The dashboard provides an overview of the organization's work.
HutbaLive is the central module of the MinbarLive platform. Its purpose is to present the imam's speech in real time to the audience as text and translation.
When a title is not entered, MinbarLive can automatically generate a title using the date and organization name.

In the list of sessions, it is possible to view active and completed sessions, filter by date, open transcript, view translations, find public link, check duration and change public visibility.
MinbarLive has a special mobile application designed to easily start and stop a HutbaLive session.
No fixed technical installation is required in the mosque.
Apart from the application itself on your phone and an internet connection, a special microphone, audio mixer, computer, cables, professional equipment or a special technical person are not required.
An external microphone or connection to an existing loudspeaker can improve the sound quality, especially in large spaces, rooms with strong echo or when the phone is far from the imam.
The home screen can display the organization name, optional sermon title, readiness status, and a Start SermonLive button .
During an active session, the streaming status, sermon title, audio confirmation, duration, last lines of the transcript, and a Stop button are displayed.
If an administrator has access to an organization, it is automatically selected. If there are more, he can choose the appropriate organization.
A public link, QR code, and QR code as an image can be shared from the app.
The audience does not need a user account or install the app.
The site works in a web browser on a phone, tablet, computer, large screen or projector.
While part of the speech is still being processed, the text can be displayed in a lighter or gray color. When the content is confirmed, it is displayed more clearly.
Each listener chooses his own language. One user can follow the Bosnian, another German, the third English, and the fourth Turkish translation of the same sermon.
The Quranic mode is intended for sessions in which the Quran is learned or in which a precise presentation of the verses is particularly important.
For Quranic verses, pre-prepared translations by recognized translators are used, instead of free automatic translation.
Certain plans and organizations may have the ability to read translations by voice activated.
Studio is not just a tool for creating subtitles. Its main value is to turn a recorded sermon, lecture or conversation into complete digital content.
The video can remain on the existing video platform, while MinbarLive builds a public page around it with subtitles, translations, transcript and article.
Admin can watch video, monitor subtitles, change language, review and correct transcript, edit title and speaker, view summary, edit article and set public visibility.
Subtitles can be downloaded for video platforms, social networks, websites, editing programs and other distribution systems.
After processing, MinbarLive can turn the transcript into an edited, readable and structured article .
It's not just a raw transcript display. The spoken content is converted into a format suitable for reading, publishing, and long-term use.
The same video can get a separate version of the article in multiple languages. Each version can have a translated title, abstract, full article, subtitles and its own page address.
Organizations that have this feature activated can publish video content through white-label pages that look like the organization's own video and educational platform.

Video by itself often has limited value to search engines because the content is contained within speech. MinbarLive converts speech into text that search engines can understand and index.
Podcast Companion is for podcasts, chats, interviews and live broadcasts.
The Live Viewer displays subtitles and translations during the broadcast, while completed episodes can be published on a public page.
HutbaAsistent helps imams and authors in preparing sermons and educational content.
Meetings is a module for recording, transcribing and organizing meetings.
Personal is a simplified way of using MinbarLive for individuals.
A short public demonstration may be available without registration, with a limited duration.
The library is the central place for the organization's content.
An organization can add multiple administrators and assign them different roles and authorities.
An organization can have HutbaLive, Studio, Podcast Companion, HutbaAsistent, Meetings, public pages, voice translation, and Billing activated.
Larger organizations may operate a network of mosques or centers, with a central organization, subordinate organizations, joint administrators, and special powers.
The administrator can predefine the settings for each new session, so the imam does not have to reselect the same options before each sermon.
The administrator can determine content visibility, public information, basic SEO data, public page layout, and white-label settings.
MinbarLive has a limited Free plan for smaller mosques and organizations that want to use the basic HutbaLive without a monthly subscription.
The app can still recognize the language I speak. The limit refers to the number of languages into which the translation is simultaneously delivered to the audience.
Free plan is a permanent limited plan that renews monthly.
A trial is a one-time opportunity for a new user to try a wider set of features for a limited period or number of minutes.
Paid plans may vary according to included minutes, number of concurrent sessions, number of languages, modules, white-label capabilities, organization size, and additional services.
The application can warn you when you are approaching the limit. When the plan supports it, it is possible to purchase additional minute packages.
The audience opens the link, selects the language and follows the sermon live.
It can display an organization's profile, contact information, sermons, videos, podcasts, and featured content.
When there is a translation, the content can have a separate page for each language, with a translated title, abstract, article, transcript, subtitles and its own address.
